Brazilian Clients Visit Shine Machinery for Veneer Dryers
Against the backdrop of booming global wood processing industry, demand for efficient, energy-saving and eco-friendly veneer drying equipment is surging. Recently, important clients from Brazil visited our factory for on-site inspection of our veneer dryers.
Prior to this visit, the Brazilian clients had inspected relevant equipment in Guangzhou, a major industrial hub with numerous drying equipment brands. After careful comparison, our veneer dryers stood out due to unique technical advantages and good market reputation, prompting them to proceed to our factory for in-depth investigation.
Upon their arrival, our leaders warmly received the clients and led them on a factory tour. The clients were introduced to the factory layout, production scale and development history. During the visit to the production workshop, details of the veneer dryer's manufacturing process, core component craftsmanship and assembly procedures were explained. The clients showed great interest, frequently observing carefully and taking photos.
They raised many professional questions, which were patiently answered by our leaders and technicians, covering working principles, performance parameters, operation procedures and maintenance.
The clients' primary concerns were drying costs and environmental protection—key factors for wood processing enterprises. Regarding costs, our team conducted on-site calculations with the clients, comparing energy consumption, drying capacity and maintenance costs. They found our dryers, equipped with advanced heat recovery and intelligent temperature control systems, significantly reduced unit drying costs compared to their current equipment and others inspected in Guangzhou, eliminating their cost worries.
On environmental protection, our dryers feature efficient waste gas treatment devices, meeting international standards and even exceeding local Brazilian requirements. Low noise levels and relevant certification documents further convinced the clients of their environmental compliance.
After a full day of inspection and discussions, the Brazilian clients highly recognized our dryers for advanced technology, stability, cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness. They signed a purchase contract on-site and paid a deposit, expressing intentions for future purchases and willingness to promote our equipment in Brazil.
