Shine Roller Veneer Dryer Install Process
Shine Roller Veneer Dryer Install Process
As a long, large-scale piece of equipment, the installation of Shine’s roller veneer dryer requires adherence to a precise sequence and method. Below is the detailed installation process to ensure optimal performance and safety.
1. Mark Foundation Lines
Begin by accurately drawing cross lines and elevation markers on the foundation plate. The center marking plate must be embedded to ensure convenient and precise alignment, with careful consideration of the furnace and sedimentation chamber positions, as well as foundation load-bearing capacity.
2. Install Foundation and Base
Follow blueprints to locate the installation points for the small equipment base and the dryer’s main column. Level and align these components thoroughly. First, grout the foundation holes. Once the concrete reaches sufficient strength, tighten the anchor bolts. After passing rechecks, proceed to install the above-ground structure.
3. Assemble the Dryer Body
Before installing the main frame, level the foundation surface. Construct and assemble the frame from bottom to top and from inside to outside to ensure structural stability.
4. Install Internal Accessories
Fit internal components such as hot air ducts, heat exchangers, and air pipes. To avoid rework, install these accessories before mounting the rollers.
5. Set Up Combustion Furnace and Auxiliary Equipment
Install the combustion furnace, fans, motors, reducers, conveyors, and chains. To prevent conflicts between moving parts, test each component incrementally during installation to verify proper positioning and ensure motors rotate forward correctly.
6. Mount Peripheral Components and Electrical Systems
Install outer parts like panels, partition boards, and thermal insulation. Simultaneously, set up electrical systems: secure sensors (avoiding rigid connections), route wiring through cable trays, and apply thermal insulation where required.
7. Commissioning
Conduct a final inspection of the control cabinet, wiring, and terminals. Proceed with individual machine testing, adjusting motor inverters to their standard operating state.
8. Integrated Commissioning
Once personnel, auxiliary equipment, and veneers are prepared, initiate integrated commissioning. Shine’s technical team will oversee the process to identify and resolve issues promptly, eliminating faults and safety risks immediately.
At Shine, safety in production is our unwavering commitment. We deliver not only top-tier product quality but also exceptional customer service, ensuring your dryer operates reliably for years to come.
