Shine Veneer Grading System
Visual Inspection
A high-definition camera is used for dynamic, efficient, real-time imaging. Subsequently, AI algorithms autonomously model and classify surface features of the target, automatically counting the area, size, and number of various features. The system then automatically determines the current grade of the veneer according to the classification standards and feeds back the grade information to the control system.
MC Detection
To detect, manage, monitor, and analyze the moisture content of the veneer with a sensor, then the system will categorize the veneers based on its moisture content range. Veneers with unacceptable moisture content will enter the visual inspection system, where it is possible to opt out of inspection and only transport them.
Veneer Grade Stacking
After undergoing visual scanning (which identifies hole size, hole quantity, knots, color, cracks) and moisture content detection, veneers will progressively enter the veneer stacking system. Currently the veneer stacking system is capable of accommodating up to 8 veneer grades.
